On November 8, a meeting of the local state emergency anti-epizootic commission took place in Synelnykove. This was prompted by a confirmed case of rabies in a cat. Consequently, quarantine restrictions have been put in place in the city.

The restrictions have been in effect since November 8. As part of these measures, pets will receive additional rabies vaccinations free of charge. Over time, the city council's social media will publish schedules for these vaccinations. The fate of the mentioned cat has not been specified.
