In a city of Dnipropetrovsk region, the cost of land rental has increased.

In Zheltye Vody, local authorities have implemented new land rental rates.
В Днепропетровской области увеличилась цена аренды земельных участков.

Starting January 1, 2025, new rental rates for the use of land plots and fees for servitude land use will be implemented in Zheltye Vody, as reported by "Vidomo".

The Zheltye Vody City Council informs individuals, individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities with existing land lease agreements (land lease contracts/personal servitude contracts) about the necessity to enter into additional agreements regarding the new rental fee rates (the fee for servitude land use) in accordance with the new rates approved by the Zheltye Vody City Council's decision.

Additionally, starting January 1, the garbage tariff in the city has also changed.

In the territory of the Zheltye Vody City Territorial Community, residents will pay the municipal enterprise "Clean City" for waste management at the new rates:

- residents of 9- and 10-story buildings – 35.71 UAH (mixed waste) + 1.60 UAH (bulky waste) + 2.18 UAH (renovation waste) + 2.09 UAH (green waste) = 41.58 UAH/per person;

- residents of 2- to 5-story buildings – 37.27 UAH (mixed waste) + 1.60 UAH (bulky waste) + 2.18 UAH (renovation waste) + 2.09 UAH (green waste) = 43.14 UAH/per person;

- residents of the private sector – 43.66 UAH (mixed waste) + 1.60 UAH (bulky waste) + 2.18 UAH (renovation waste) + 2.09 UAH (green waste) = 49.53 UAH/per person;

- residents of Sukha Balka (multi-story buildings) – 30.56 UAH (mixed waste) + 1.60 UAH (bulky waste) + 2.18 UAH (renovation waste) + 2.09 UAH (green waste) = 36.43 UAH/per person;

- residents of Sukha Balka and Maryanovka (private sector) – 31.36 UAH (mixed waste) + 1.60 UAH (bulky waste) + 2.18 UAH (renovation waste) + 2.09 UAH (green waste) = 37.23 UAH/per person.
