In Dnipro, the cost of the water subscription fee has risen significantly.

As of January 1, 2025, new fees for subscriber services for consumers of centralized water supply and sewage services will take effect. This was reported by "Vidomo," citing information from KP "Dniprovodokanal".

According to the announcement, the update is linked to the approval of the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025. In fact, the law on the state budget for 2025 was signed by the president two months ago on November 28, 2024.

The subscription fee is set separately for each utility service and will be as follows starting January 1, 2025:

For residents of apartment buildings:

• water supply service fee – 21.26 UAH;
• sewage service fee – 19.87 UAH.

For residents of apartment buildings with commercial water accounting units:

• water supply service fee – 23.84 UAH;
• sewage service fee – 19.87 UAH.

For residents of the private sector:

• with a commercial accounting unit, the water supply service fee – 42.63 UAH;
• if the household is connected to the sewage networks of KP "Dniprovodokanal" DMU, the sewage service fee – 19.87 UAH.

Thus, for example, for residents of an apartment building with a meter, the monthly subscription fee has increased from 37.38 UAH to 43.71 UAH, approximately 17%.
