Five children fell through thin ice in the Kherson region. Two have been rescued, and search efforts are ongoing for the remaining three.
This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"According to preliminary information, two have been saved. Rescuers and divers are searching for the three minors," the statement reads.

Rescuers warn that the ice on bodies of water is currently extremely dangerous.
"Do not go onto the ice yourself and do not allow children to do so: inform them about the dangers!" they advise.
As reported, a man rescued four neighbor's children in the village of Meshkovo-Pogorelovo in the Mykolaiv region, where a residential house caught fire.
Additionally, a 7-year-old boy fell through the ice and drowned in the village of Kozarovichi in the Kyiv region. Rescuers located the child's body.
