Trash spills from the balcony: A woman in Kamensky filled her apartment to the ceiling with clutter (PHOTOS)

Residents of Kamenskoye have observed an unusual situation in one of the city's neighborhoods: in an apartment on Yuliana Stupaka Street, 1, the owner has filled the apartment and balcony with so much junk that trash is falling into the yard, reports "Vidomo" citing the Telegram channel "Kamenskoye. City News".

It is noted that not only the apartment owner lives in such terrible conditions, but also a dog that does not allow people to approach.

"In the garbage-filled apartment, a dog lives in horrifying conditions. It is fed by caring individuals who try to provide water, but the bowl is often overturned because the owner does not permit this. The dog is suffering due to these conditions. Perhaps someone knows how to help? Where can one turn for assistance? – the post's author remarked.

According to him, the dog is not sociable; when you approach to feed it, it barks and runs back into the apartment through a gap that remains in the trash.
