How public transportation will operate in Dnipro on November 9.

Changes will be implemented in the city's public transportation system today.

On Saturday, November 9, public transportation in Dnipro will operate with changes, as reported by "Vидомо" citing the transport department.

Due to the ongoing repair work on the stormwater drainage network on Prince Vladimir the Great Street:

  • Buses No. 57A and No. 88 heading towards Queen Elizabeth II Street will detour via European Street, Sicheslavskaya Embankment, and Vladimir Monomakh Street;
  • Trolleybuses No. 7, No. 14, No. 17, and No. 20 heading towards Queen Elizabeth II Street and European Street will detour via Sicheslavskaya Embankment and Vladimir Monomakh Street.

Due to the dismantling of emergency structures at the building on Vokzalna Square, the final stops have been relocated:

  • For bus routes No. 7K and No. 101 to Dmitry Yavornitsky Avenue, near house 108;
  • For bus route No. 32K, trolleybus route B, and tram route No. 1 to Vokzalna Square, near house 2;
  • For bus route No. 86 to 128th Brigade of Territorial Defense Street, near house 2.

Due to the repair of the tram crossing at the intersection of Lesya Ukrainka Avenue and Battalion Dnipro Boulevard, there will be changes in public transport operations:

  • Trolleybuses No. 4 heading towards Soborna Square will continue to operate via 128th Brigade of Territorial Defense Street – Dmitry Yavornitsky Avenue, then follow their route;
  • Trolleybuses "A" heading towards Heroes of Maidan Square will continue to operate via Lesya Ukrainka Avenue – 128th Brigade of Territorial Defense Street – Dmitry Yavornitsky Avenue, then follow their route;
  • Trams No. 5 and No. 12 will operate along their full routes with a stop on Nikolai Rudenko Street towards Stepan Bandera Street;
  • Trams No. 17 have temporarily suspended operations;
  • Buses No. 32, No. 32K, No. 33, No. 40, No. 73, No. 87A, and No. 109 heading from the Railway Station will continue to detour as follows: Stepan Bandera Street – Vladimir Antonovich Street – Battalion Dnipro Boulevard – Lesya Ukrainka Avenue, then follow their routes.

Traffic will be halted on Otechestvennaya Street from Solonchakova Street to Peredovaya Street. Consequently, there will be changes in public transport movements:

  • Buses No. 4, No. 48, and No. 48K heading towards Peredovaya Street will detour via Karuny Street – Solonchakova Street – Yakhnenkovskaya Street – Promyshlennaya Street – Fedor Vovk Street – Otechestvennaya Street – Peredovaya Street, then continue on their route. In the opposite direction – no changes;
  • Bus No. 23 heading towards Peredovaya Street will operate as follows: Karuny Street – Solonchakova Street – Yakhnenkovskaya Street – Promyshlennaya Street – Fedor Vovk Street – Otechestvennaya Street – Peredovaya Street. In the opposite direction: Peredovaya Street – Simirenko Street - Yakhnenkovskaya Street – Solonchakova Street – Karuny Street, then continue on their route.

This is related to emergency work on the water supply line on Otechestvennaya Street.

From 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM:

  • Trolleybuses No. 5 will operate from Independence Street to Lesya Ukrainka Avenue;
  • Trams No. 5 will operate from the West Housing Estate to the Railway Station;
  • Trams No. 12 will operate from the Metal Products Plant to Igor Sikorsky Street.

These changes are due to the removal of emergency trees near the overhead line supplying the tram and trolleybus contact network along Lesya Ukrainka Avenue.

All other public transport routes will operate as scheduled for the weekend.

A total of 145 units of rolling stock will be deployed on the electric transport routes.

Additionally, 91 bus routes will operate throughout the city with a total of 587 buses (of which 83 are high-capacity).
