On February 13, 2025, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree imposing sanctions against several Ukrainian businessmen and politicians, including Petro Poroshenko, Ihor Kolomoyskyi, and Viktor Medvedchuk.
This decision was made based on the resolutions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC).

Ihor Kolomoyskyi
Sanctions against Kolomoyskyi involve asset blocking, restrictions on trade operations, resource transit, and capital withdrawal. He is prohibited from participating in the privatization of state property and from using the radio frequency spectrum. Foreign vessels associated with him are banned from entering Ukrainian ports and airspace.
Hennadiy Boholyubov
Sanctions against Boholyubov include asset blocking, cessation of trade operations, and restrictions on resource transit and capital withdrawal. He is also prohibited from participating in the privatization and leasing of state property, as well as from using the radio frequency spectrum.
Konstantin Zhevago
