In three years of full-scale war, Russia has lost nearly 870,000 soldiers, according to the General Staff.

In the past 24 hours, from February 23 to 24, the Russian army has lost 1,050 soldiers in the war against Ukraine. In total, over exactly three years of full-scale invasion, the enemy's losses amount to 868,230 military personnel.

This is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The estimated total combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 24.02.25 are as follows:

• personnel - approximately 868,230 (+1,050) eliminated;
• tanks - 10,177 (+9) units;
• armored combat vehicles - 21,157 (+6) units;
• artillery systems - 23,626 (+44) units;
• MLRS - 1,299 (+3) units;
• air defense systems - 1,081 units;
• airplanes - 370 units;
• helicopters - 331 units;
• operational-tactical level drones - 26,645 (+217) units;
• cruise missiles - 3,064 units;
• ships/boats - 28 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• automotive vehicles and tank trucks - 38,444 (+110) units;
• special equipment - 3,757 units.

Situation on the Front

As a reminder, as of 22:00 on February 23, 81 battles were recorded on the front. Russian occupiers launched 38 airstrikes, employing 57 guided bombs. Additionally, the Russians utilized 928 strike drones and conducted over four thousand shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas.

In the Pokrovsk direction, the Russians attempted to breach our defenses 22 times. A total of 340 occupiers were neutralized, with 190 of them being irretrievable losses. Additionally, 13 units of vehicles, a drone antenna, a mortar, a cannon, and two buggies were destroyed. One armored combat vehicle, four units of automotive equipment, and three cannons of the invaders were significantly damaged.
