The High Anti-Corruption Court set a bail of 100 million hryvnias for the former governor of Dnipropetrovsk region.

On Friday, January 24, the High Anti-Corruption Court set a bail of 100 million hryvnias for former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Viktor Bondar, in the case concerning the procurement of cables for "Ukrzaliznytsia," as reported by "Vydomo."
According to the court's ruling, should the bail be posted, the deputy will have the following obligations:
- to appear when summoned by a detective, prosecutor, or court;
- to refrain from communicating with witnesses and visiting "Ukrzaliznytsia";
- to surrender his passports;
- not to leave the Kyiv region without permission.
There is no requirement to wear an electronic bracelet.
The prosecutor of the SAP requested that Bondar be detained with a possible bail set at 200 million UAH.
