В Украине вводят новую профессию "Инспектор по воинскому учету": кто же это на самом деле?

The National Qualifications Agency has registered the professional standard "Military Accounting Inspector." This document will serve as a guideline for all enterprises in Ukraine planning to hire a specialist for this position.

This was reported by Colonel Alexey Dudka, the chief specialist of the Central Office of Military Education and Science of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as stated by RBK-Ukraine referencing ArmyInform.

Dudka emphasized that according to current legislation, military accounting must be maintained at every enterprise in Ukraine. Currently, there are over a million enterprises in Ukraine, and there are no specialists who clearly understand what is required for this position. The introduced standard will serve as a beacon, providing guidance on what an individual in this role should do across all enterprises in Ukraine where military accounting is conducted.

He noted that the professional standard "Military Accounting Inspector," which was registered on December 19, is a document of national significance:

"Now, any company planning to hire a specialist - a military accounting inspector - will know, after reviewing this standard, what kind of person they need to employ to ensure their military accounting is in order and to avoid penalties. Because the state is taking this matter quite seriously," Dudka stated.

He pointed out that prior to the large-scale invasion, military accounting did not receive as much attention as it does now.

"Now, with mobilization on the agenda and the need for personnel, the state has begun to seriously consider this issue, yet there are no real specialists on this matter. The mentioned standard organizes these issues for both employers hiring these specialists and ordinary citizens, military conscripts, working in all enterprises across our country," Dudka replied.

The Colonel explained that the specialist occupying this position will be able to explain how to comply with Ukrainian laws regarding the fulfillment of their military duty, as well as how to avoid fines from the TCK and SP. This standard serves as a guide for all individuals who currently know too little to effectively address mobilization issues in our state:

"The first thing enterprises should do after familiarizing themselves with this standard is to send their specialist for training. Currently, about two dozen educational institutions offer professional development courses that teach this field to varying degrees. After completing such courses, the enterprise's specialist will meet this standard," Dudka emphasized.

He believes that the quality of mobilization work will significantly improve, starting from small enterprises and extending to the state level.

Previously, we reported that in certain cases, military conscripts may be declared wanted by the TCK. Additionally, if the summons does not specify personal data, or if the information is inaccurate or lacks details about the reasons for reporting to the TCK, then the citizen has the right to contest it. To do this, one should file a claim in the administrative court at their place of registration, which must be reviewed within 10 days.
