On the banks of the Dnipro River, opposite the Festival Pier, a new residential complex called "Lighthouse" has emerged, showcasing all the colors of the rainbow. Despite the challenges posed by Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the construction of this project has been successfully completed, and it is set to become yet another architectural landmark of the city. This was reported by "Vidomo," referencing "Nashe Misto."
The key element that gives the complex a truly enchanting appearance is the new architectural lighting system. The lighting project for the "Lighthouse" is a complex, multi-layered system that includes thousands of LEDs in various colors and intensities. Dnipro specialists utilized advanced dynamic lighting technology to create stunning light effects.
The color palette smoothly transitions across the building's facade, creating the illusion of a shimmering gradient of light spreading across the surface. This is not merely static lighting; it is a genuine light show that changes its shades and intensity depending on the time of day and even weather conditions.
The system is programmed in such a way as to avoid the impression of an overly monumental or heavy exterior, maintaining the building's lightness and elegance.
However, the uniqueness of the "Lighthouse" lighting extends beyond its external appearance. According to Nikolai Kabluka, the art director of "Expolight," the company responsible for this project, not only the facades have been illuminated, but also the interior spaces of the complex. This effect was achieved through the use of special light-transmitting materials and the integration of lighting technology into the interior design.
