In the center of Dnipro, unknown vandals ripped a parking meter out of the ground and left it exposed in the open air. This was reported by "Vydomo" citing city Telegram channels.

As seen in the photo, the vandals put in considerable effort to "uproot" the equipment, which was installed quite securely.

It remains unclear who did this and why. One might speculate that a certain car owner decided to express their dissatisfaction with parking rates in this manner.

It is evident that the number of incidents involving damage to city property in Dnipro is not decreasing.
