The OGA reported on the impact of strikes in Kharkiv and the surrounding area, noting that there are casualties.

During the night, Russian terrorists launched drone strikes on the city of Kharkiv and surrounding areas in the Kharkiv region. As a result of these attacks, four civilians were injured.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov.

According to him, several waves of UAV attacks were recorded throughout the night, and there were also hits.

At approximately 00:35 in the Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv, a "Shahed" strike damaged a gas pipeline and five vehicles, leading to a fire. Two individuals experienced acute stress reactions - a 59-year-old woman and a 9-year-old girl. No further information about the injured has been reported.

Additionally, two UAVs were found in the Kyiv district of the city, with no casualties.

At 04:13 in the Rogan territorial community of the Kharkiv region, a UAV, preliminarily identified as a "Shahed," fell, destroying a private house and a garage. Four nearby private homes were also damaged. Two people were injured: a 62-year-old woman and a 66-year-old man. The woman was hospitalized.

Furthermore, around 04:13 in the village of Shestakovo in the Starosaltivska territorial community of the Chuhuiv district, a private house was set ablaze due to a ground hit by a "Geran-2" UAV. There were no casualties.

Drone Strike on Kharkiv

On the night of January 28, explosions were heard in Kharkiv during a hostile air attack involving strike drones.

Later, the city's mayor, Igor Terekhov, reported a "hit" on the territory of a civilian enterprise in the Novobavarsky district.

Moreover, a large fire broke out in the Kholodnogirsky district due to the drone attack.
