On Heroes of Mariupol Street, 7, in the Ternovskyi district of Kryvyi Rih, residents of the apartment building are at a loss about what to do, as one of the flats has experienced a heating pipe burst, and "Teploset" is unable to assist, reports "Vidomo" citing TERNY_KR.

Three floors of the stairwell are flooded with boiling water, and everyone is simply throwing up their hands in despair.

During the day, the management company "UYUT-2011" only shut off the heating and that was it. People are left without heat in the coldest month of the year. To prevent the pipes from bursting, the neighbors drained the water themselves, even though this is typically the responsibility of the utility services.
