On Buld Street, 3 in the Pokrovsk district of Kryvyi Rih, heating was finally turned on on February 12, and immediately everything burst, as reported by "Vідомо" referencing "Svoї".

It was noted that prior to this, plumbers from the housing maintenance service were on the roof fixing something.

The burst flooded nearly all the apartments in the high-rise building, and on the first floor, the State Treasury Service of the Pokrovsk district is submerged.

According to the residents, "Teploцентраль," which is under Naftogaz, could have supplied high pressure.

It was also reported that neither the Housing and Communal Services Center nor the heat-generating company turned off the heating for an hour and a half.

Residents pointed out that the leaking water was not boiling hot but cold.
