In the Kyiv region, a retro car museum caught fire due to drone debris.

On the night of January 28, a fire broke out at the retro car museum due to debris from an enemy unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Some of the vehicles in the hangar were destroyed and damaged.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Telegram channel of the acting head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration (RSA), Mykola Kalashnyk.

"As a result of the enemy UAV attack, debris from the downed target damaged the premises housing the retro car museum. Emergency Service workers extinguished the fire over an area of 600 m2. Preliminary reports indicate that 9 vehicles were destroyed and 27 were damaged in the hangar," wrote the acting chairman of the Kyiv RSA.

Debris Fall in Three Districts of the Region

In total, drone debris was recorded in three districts of the region. In two of them, the following were damaged:

• 2 private houses;
• 3 non-residential premises;
• 3 vehicles.

There were no casualties or impacts on critical or residential infrastructure as a result of the shelling.

Currently, operational groups continue to address the aftermath of the attack.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has been regularly shelling Ukrainian territory, employing a wide range of weaponry: drones, artillery, guided aerial bombs (GABs), missiles of various types, and more. In particular, the enemy systematically conducts nighttime attacks. On the night of January 28, Russian drones were detected over Kyiv, prompting an air raid alert.
