In Kyiv and several regions of Ukraine, an air raid alert was declared on the evening of February 12. The military warns of a ballistic threat.
This information is reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing Telegram from the Ukrainian Armed Forces Air Force and the air raid alert map.
"There is a threat of ballistic weapon use from the north in the regions where the air raid alert has been declared!" - stated the Air Force.
Additionally, the Russians have launched "Shahed" strike drones at Ukraine.
Specifically, the military warned about enemy drones in the Black Sea area heading towards the Odesa region.
In Kyiv and several regions, the air raid alert has been lifted due to the ballistic threat. Meanwhile, the threat from "Shaheds" remains in many areas.
Recall that on the night of February 12, Russian invaders launched seven ballistic missiles and 123 drones at Ukraine. Air defense forces shot down six missiles and 71 drones. An additional 40 enemy decoy drones were locally lost.
In particular, six "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles were shot down over Kyiv. As a result of the attack, there were damages, casualties, and injuries.
Damage was also recorded in the Kyiv region, and in Mykolaiv due to falling debris, an infrastructure facility caught fire.
Furthermore, the Russians attacked a critical infrastructure facility in Chernihiv region with a drone. A fire broke out there, and there are injuries.
