At the request of a journalist, the state executor presented the order from the Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk region for the enforced execution of the decision in the case:

"This market (near the HES club) has been operating here since the 1990s. Many entrepreneurs worked here, and people from the villages came to sell their products. Local residents regret this decision. The vendors at this market were well-known and trusted. Now, for the entire Dniprostroy area, until the opening of the 'Marketopt' supermarket (which is currently under reconstruction), there will be virtually only one large store – 'Yasen'.
