In a city of Dnipropetrovsk region, the city council session was once again disrupted.

The session of the city council in Ternovka was disrupted due to a lack of quorum, marking the second occurrence of this issue, as reported by "Vіdomo" referencing Behemoth.

Only 12 council members were present. The highlight of the session was expected to be the appointment of the new-old head of the local utility company, TJKP, Hamlet Mamedov. He was previously forced to leave his position due to theft allegations back in 2021, but now he may return to lead the enterprise once again.

Currently, the deputies of the Ternovka city council are being asked to allocate substantial funds for the utility company: 13 million UAH in financial support and 8 million UAH to cover tariff differences – totaling 20 million UAH.

Previously, near the city hall in Ternovka, council member Konstantin Kholodov was brutally beaten.
