In the temporarily occupied Crimea, Russians have set up a headquarters for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in one of the civilian facilities. The invaders are also utilizing civilian transport for their movements.
This information is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the partisan movement ATESH.
According to an agent of the movement, the occupiers are deliberately trying to disguise the facility among civilian infrastructure to use it for provocations against the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
Near the headquarters, partisans have recorded military equipment and personnel of the enemy. Soldiers are also using civilian transport for their movements.
"Such actions constitute a crime by the Russian occupying forces and violate the Geneva Convention. They endanger the civilian population," ATESH reminded.
