Dnipropetrovsk Film Studio announced that an information provocation is being prepared against them. What is the reason behind this?

An information provocation against the Dnipro Film Studio is being prepared by law enforcement agencies.

This was announced by Valery Grebenyuk, the operational director of the company "Original Spirit UA," as reported by RBK-Ukraine with a link to the company's statement.

It is known that this concerns a company from Dnipro that recently appealed to the president for protection against law enforcement actions and assistance in preserving jobs.

The appeal noted that "the attack on the business is orchestrated by specific law enforcement officials and judges, namely the head of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police, Maxim Tsutsikidze, and investigative judges of the Svyatoshyn District Court of Kyiv, Lyudmila Kosik, Anatoly Yaselsky, and Alexander Zhurybida."

"Now let me explain the essence of the provocation. It is very easy to obtain relevant video content by visiting a website that, hypothetically, sells online casino services worldwide. There are millions of such sites. However, we have no relation to them, as we produce video content and sell it to game developers. They then create the finished product. To simplify, think of stock photo sites where one can purchase a photograph. It may be used for news information or appear on a billboard for some advertisement. The photographer does not control where those photographs will be used; they simply transfer rights to the stock photo site and then receive a fixed fee for each download. Similarly, we receive a fixed fee for the sold content, and that’s it," - stated the company representative.

According to him, the police found one of the online casinos that used the video content they produced.

"They made a purchase - funded an account in Tether (USDT), and checked where those 20 dollars went. Being greedy and shallow individuals, they convinced each other that this wallet belongs to us, and as a result of their imagination, they fabricated a problem for us. Today they believe they have caught a fish worth $250 million. In reality, they just found a crypto exchange where this money is held, which has no relation to the company 'Original Spirit UA,'" - the lawyer explains.
