On the orders of Ukrenergo, emergency power outages were implemented in Dnipro and the surrounding region on December 23, reports "Vedomosti" referencing "DTEK - official channel".
This directive was enacted due to the challenging situation in the country's energy system.
In addition to Dnipropetrovsk, restrictions are also in place in Kyiv, as well as in the Kyiv and Donetsk regions.
