In Dnipro, a soldier was sentenced for multiple thefts from "Epicenter."
A Ukrainian serviceman has been sentenced in Dnipro for stealing from the "Epicenter" hypermarket on two consecutive days. This information is reported in the decision of the Babushkinsky Court, as conveyed by "Vidomo".
It is noted that on January 22, 2024, the man stole a battery charger and the battery itself from the store, totaling over 2,500 hryvnias. He pawned the stolen items and returned to the store the same day. On his second visit, he stole a screwdriver worth 5,000 hryvnias.
The following day, he repeated his actions. However, while attempting to leave "Epicenter" with a screwdriver, headphones, and a bottle of "light alcohol," the thief was apprehended by security.
The criminal was sentenced conditionally to 5 years of imprisonment with a probation period of two years.
