In the Soborny district of Dnipro, patrol officers stopped a "VAZ" for document checks during the curfew, as reported by "Vidomo," referencing the Patrol Police of Dnipropetrovsk region.
The law enforcement officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication in the 20-year-old driver and suggested he take a test using a "Drager," which indicated a blood alcohol level of 1.37 promille.
Additionally, it was discovered that the driver neither has nor has ever held a driver's license.
Two administrative protocols were drawn up against the young man for driving under the influence and for operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license (repeat offense).
The young man was prohibited from driving the vehicle.
Previously, we reported that Dnipro and its region had the highest number of drunk drivers across Ukraine.
