In early December, in Dnipro, at the intersection of Alan Shepard Street (formerly Suvorova) and Lytovska, municipal services excavated a massive pit, reports the correspondent of "Vidomo."

This was done to address a break in the network. It is known that hot water flooded the street at that time, and heating disappeared in the nearby houses. The pit creates inconveniences for both drivers and pedestrians.

As of December 27, the pit has been fenced off, but no work is taking place at the site. Nearby, construction materials can be seen, along with remnants of construction debris.

According to data from the Dnipro City Council’s contact center appeal map, residents of the area at the intersection of Alan Shepard and Lytovska Streets submitted around 60 complaints in December. These concerns were related to the leakage of the heat carrier from pipes and the lack of heating. The first complaints date back to early December - between December 2 and 7. More than three weeks have passed since then. There is hope that the issue will be resolved soon, and the pit on the road will be filled in.
