The second meeting of the newly formed Parents' Council for extracurricular education institutions took place in the city of Dnipro, during which a chairperson and a deputy were elected. This was reported by the Dnipro City Council, as conveyed by "Vidomo".
The Council members unanimously elected Larisa Borzova as the chairperson. Olga Donets, who actively participated in discussing the strategic directions of the Council's work, became her deputy.
The establishment of the Parents' Council for extracurricular education institutions and art schools in August 2024 was a response to the urgent need for closer cooperation between parents and educators. For many years, there has been a certain distance between these two key participants in the educational process.
The Council is intended to serve as the missing link connecting these parties, facilitating effective information exchange, joint problem discussions, and the development of solutions aimed at improving the quality of services provided and meeting the needs of children.
