On January 23 in Dnipro, a woman noticed two little twin girls wandering without adult supervision on the Victory Embankment and reported it to the police, as reported by "Vідомо" referencing the Patrol Police of Dnipropetrovsk Region.
The local resident also noted that the girls had run away from her.
The police promptly arrived at the scene and began searching the area.
During their examination of the surrounding territory, they found two girls who matched the description. The 6-year-old twins were unable to provide their exact home address, but while they were communicating with them, a call came in on 102 from the girls' grandmother, who was already looking for them.
It turned out that the grandmother had become distracted and lost sight of the children while they were playing and had run off from her.
The patrol officers took them home and handed them over to their relatives.
Previously, we reported that a 14-year-old boy was driving a car at night in Dnipro.
