The Special Representative of the United States for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, remains on Washington's negotiating team regarding the cessation of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Although his name was not mentioned in the statement made by American President Donald Trump regarding the corresponding team.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt stated that retired General Keith Kellogg is still "part of the administration," despite Trump not listing him among those negotiating between the two countries.
As a reminder, in November, Trump appointed Kellogg as Assistant to the President of the United States and Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, writing on Truth Social that "together we will ensure peace through strength."
The White House representative also noted that she is unaware of any prerequisites for the upcoming meeting between Trump and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
According to Levitt, she "just spoke with the President (Trump) and our national security team, and I was not informed of any conditions."
