The shelter at European Square in Dnipro continues to be used as a restroom, even after the scandal (PHOTOS, VIDEO).

This week, a scandal erupted in Dnipro regarding a modular shelter near the Central Department Store (TsUM), which was being misused. However, the situation has not changed even with media coverage, reports "Vidomo".

Inside the shelter, it was impossible to stay not only because of the stench but also due to litter scattered around, as well as signs of the structure being used as a toilet. After a few days, attempts were made to clean it, as evidenced by the large amount of water on the floor. However, the situation has not drastically improved, as the concrete block continues to be used as a toilet.

It is worth noting that almost every mobile shelter has public restrooms. However, people ignore this and continue to litter the structures that are meant to protect the population during air raids.

As we reported earlier, the modular shelter in the very center of Dnipro, which is supposed to provide protection during enemy shelling, has turned into a filthy toilet.
