Drone strike in Kharkiv damages the city's largest market and a facility, resulting in injuries.

In Kharkiv, due to enemy airstrikes on the night of February 6, the city's largest market and a transport enterprise were damaged. There were injuries reported.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office representative Dmytro Chubenko stated that strikes from the "Geran-2" drones were launched by the enemy at 23:30 - targeting the Kyiv district of Kharkiv, and at 01:00 - in the Novobavarsky district.

He noted that the most significant destruction was recorded in the Kyiv district due to the air attack. An enemy drone hit the roof of Kharkiv's largest market, resulting in damage to "dozens of trading pavilions" due to the explosion.

Chubenko mentioned that "the guards present at the scene sustained injuries."

Later, at one o'clock in the morning, an enemy drone struck the infrastructure of a transport enterprise in the Novobavarsky district. There were no injuries reported here, according to the regional prosecutor's office.

Additionally, a video was released showing the aftermath of the enemy drone strikes on Kharkiv late at night.

Earlier, it was reported that explosions were heard in Kharkiv against the backdrop of drone threats. Local authorities stated that there were "arrivals" in two districts of the city, and a fire broke out at one of the city's largest markets - trading pavilions were ablaze.

The city hall reported that drone strikes targeted the Kyiv and Holodnohirskiy districts of Kharkiv.

It is worth noting that last night, explosions were also reported in Kharkiv due to drone strikes in two districts of the city. Fires occurred at the "arrival" sites in the Saltivskyi and Osnovianskyi districts of Kharkiv, and administrative buildings were damaged. Additionally, one person was reported injured in Kharkiv due to the UAV attack.
