The administration of President Donald Trump is contemplating the suspension of all ongoing military aid supplies to Ukraine. This move may allegedly be a response from Washington to the dispute between Ukrainian and American leaders.
Трамп может прекратить военную помощь Украине, сообщает The Washington Post.

The administration of U.S. President Donald Trump is considering halting all current military aid shipments to Ukraine. This is reportedly a reaction from Washington to the conflict between Ukrainian and American leaders.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing The Washington Post.

A senior official from the Trump administration told the American newspaper that the administration is currently contemplating this possibility.

It is also noted that this could be a "response" to comments made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Oval Office and a reaction to "his perceived inflexibility in the peace process."

Meanwhile, CNN reports that there are no such risks, and that the Trump administration does not plan to announce an increase in aid to Ukraine, but assistance is still being provided.

According to Western media, although Trump has not announced any new military supplies for Ukraine, shipments of weapons and equipment that were previously announced during Joe Biden's administration continue to arrive in Ukraine "in recent weeks."

"According to many American officials, there were no signs that anything changed immediately after the explosion in the Oval Office," CNN reports.

There are also many long-term contracts between weapon manufacturers and the U.S. for sending weapon systems to Ukraine, as stated in the American media publication. It is also indicated that these contracts were announced under the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI) and aimed to provide Ukraine with weapons in the future.

Dispute Between Zelensky and Trump in the White House

Recall that on February 28, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited Washington, D.C. He held meetings with American senators and with U.S. President Donald Trump.

However, during a conversation with media representatives, a dispute arose between Zelensky and Trump regarding the war in Ukraine.

The head of the Ukrainian state reminded that the war in Ukraine did not end under Barack Obama, Donald Trump, or Joe Biden. This triggered a sharp reaction from U.S. Vice President Jay D. Vance, and then from Trump.

It is noteworthy that Ukrainian President Zelensky left the White House early. Meanwhile, American leader Trump stated that Zelensky is not ready for peace.

Additionally, Europe, some American officials, and NATO have already come to Ukraine's defense in the wake of the dispute between Zelensky and Trump.
