Трамп предъявил Зеленскому ультиматум: в чем суть?

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, demands that Ukraine reach a peace agreement with Russia. Otherwise, the U.S. will "withdraw from the processes."

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing a broadcast of the meeting between Zelensky and Trump.

"I have given you (Zelensky - ed.) the power to be the tough guy. I don't think you could be the tough guy without us. Your people are very brave, but you either sign (the peace - ed.) agreement, or we withdraw (from the processes - ed.). And if we withdraw, you will understand what that means," Trump stated.

He added that Ukraine "has no trump cards." However, if a deal on minerals is signed, Ukraine "will be in a significantly better position."

"But you are not showing any gratitude at all. That is not good," the U.S. president clarified.

Zelensky's Dispute with Trump

Let us remind you that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is visiting the U.S. today, February 28. He met with President Donald Trump at the White House.

During a conversation with reporters, a quarrel erupted between Zelensky and Trump regarding the war in Ukraine. The head of the Ukrainian state reminded that the war in Ukraine did not end during the presidencies of Barack Obama, Donald Trump, or Joe Biden.

This provoked a sharp reaction from U.S. Vice President Jay D. Vance, followed by Trump.

Details of the presidents' meeting can be found in the RBK-Ukraine article.
