Трамп предупреждает о возможном увольнении федеральных сотрудников за работу на удаленке.

U.S. President Donald Trump has opposed federal employees working from home as his administration pushes for a return to the office. Otherwise, he threatens to fire them.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing CNN.

Speaking to supporters at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) near Washington, Trump suggested that if he worked remotely, his golf game would significantly improve.

"If they don't show up for work, we're going to fire them. In other words, you need to go to the office," Trump stated.

The publication notes that last Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, Trump spent the weekend in Florida playing golf. The president reflected on how, while working remotely, he would be on the phone, claiming he was "really working," but also asking, "where are my clubs?".

It is worth mentioning that Donald Trump reached out to billionaire Elon Musk and urged him to be more aggressive in cutting back the federal government. This call was made despite outrage in the States over layoffs and significant budget cuts.

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), led by Musk, is an entity that has encompassed all federal government agencies, laying off tens of thousands of civil servants.
