Trump intends to issue over 100 executive orders on his first day in office, according to media reports.

President-elect Donald Trump is preparing over 100 executive orders to be issued on his first day in the White House. These orders will address issues related to border security, deportations, and various other political priorities.
СМИ сообщают, что Трамп намерен подписать свыше 100 указов в день своего вступления в должность президента.

President-elect Donald Trump is preparing over 100 executive orders to be signed on his first day in the White House. These will address issues related to border security, deportations, and a range of other political priorities.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Associated Press.

Trump shared his plans during a private meeting with Republican senators on Capitol Hill. Many of the proposed measures are expected to take effect on Inauguration Day, January 20, when he officially assumes the presidency.

At the same time, Trump’s chief advisor Stephen Miller informed Republican senators about measures for border protection and immigration control that are likely to be implemented soon.

"There will be a lot of them," said Senator John Hoeven.

The presentation by Trump and his team was first reported by Axios. AP, in turn, noted that allies of the president-elect have prepared a comprehensive package of orders that Trump could swiftly sign on a wide array of issues—from tightening border controls between the U.S. and Mexico to energy development, workforce hiring regulations, gender policies in schools, mandatory vaccinations, and other promises made during the campaign.

What Trump and his team are planning represents an unprecedented executive action in modern times, as the new head of the White House is set to utilize power in untested ways, bypassing the legislative apparatus of Congress. Some of these actions may be significant, while others could serve more as symbolic signals regarding the direction of the new U.S. administration.

Moreover, senators who have been briefed by Trump and his team during a lengthy session at the Capitol this week anticipate that the new administration will revoke many of the executive orders from President Joe Biden's administration while simultaneously implementing its own proposals.

Recall that yesterday, the Financial Times reported that the European Union fears that Trump, upon taking office, may revoke Biden's orders concerning sanctions against Russia.

According to three sources, senior officials in the European Commission have been instructed to review Biden's orders to determine which revocations might have the greatest impact on the European bloc or undermine its own measures.
