U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he will "likely" meet with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin by the end of February. This comment came in response to a journalist's question regarding the possibility of such a meeting.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing a broadcast from the White House and CNN.

However, the American leader did not specify whether he has a particular date in mind. Meanwhile, there are only 10 days left until the end of February.

CNN also reminds us that last week, Trump and Putin spoke on the phone for 90 minutes, which contributed to a warming of U.S.-Russia relations, as Trump is eager to end the war in Ukraine.

It is worth noting that U.S. President Donald has also commented on the outcomes of the meetings between Russia and the U.S. in Saudi Arabia. According to him, Russia "performed well" and reportedly wants to end the war.

Additionally, we reported that U.S. intelligence does not observe any readiness on Putin's part to establish genuine peace with Ukraine. The Russian dictator believes he can "outlast" Ukraine and Europe in order to eventually gain control over all Ukrainian territory.
