Статус "Резерв+" и отсутствие ВВК: как упростили воинский учет для людей с ограниченными возможностями.

Military registration in Ukraine will become more accessible for individuals with disabilities. Yesterday, the government approved amendments to the relevant regulations.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Yekaterina Chernohorenko, on Facebook.

According to Chernohorenko, disability information will be automatically displayed in the "Reserve+" app. She noted that the Ministry of Defense is already working on this feature.

"This will eliminate the need to undergo a military medical commission (VVK) or carry additional documents," she explained.

The procedure for determining unfitness is also being simplified:

  • Copies of documents confirming disability can be certified with a personal signature, without the need for a notary. However, this does not apply to medical documents;
  • Documents can be submitted through parents, guardians, or legal representatives;
  • The VVK decision will be made without personal attendance and medical examination, as the submitted documents will be sufficient.

"We want the data to move, not the people. These changes are a confident step towards simplifying bureaucratic procedures. We will inform you as soon as the service becomes available in 'Reserve+'," the Deputy Minister emphasized.

Recall that yesterday, February 14, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a number of changes regarding individuals with disabilities.

In particular, they are prohibited from being sent for a military medical commission.

It is worth noting that earlier, RBK-Ukraine reported on which medical conditions disqualify individuals from mobilization.
