The Special Representative of U.S. President Donald Trump for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, will speak at the Munich Security Conference. His speech is scheduled for the evening of February 15.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the schedule of Munich Security Conference-2025.

Retired American General Keith Kellogg is set to address the audience tomorrow on Saturday from 19:30 to 20:15.

The stated topic for the speakers on this panel is "Peace Through Strength: A Plan for Ukraine." Discussions will take place at the Town Hall, with the overarching theme being "Global Order, Human Security."

In addition to Kellogg, the discussions on "Peace Through Strength: A Plan for Ukraine" will also feature Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga, his Polish and British counterparts Radoslaw Sikorski and David Lammy, as well as Lithuania's Minister of National Defense Dovile Šakalienė. The moderator will be Sarah Kelly.

It is worth noting that Keith Kellogg, appointed by Trump as his special representative, will attend the Munich Security Conference as part of his European tour, during which he will consult with officials to prepare options for a plan to end Russia's war against Ukraine, which he will later present to the American leader.

While specific proposals from Kellogg have not yet been mentioned, he has outlined a tentative timeframe within which the new U.S. administration aims to resolve the issue of the Russian-Ukrainian war, specifically - 100 days.

The Trump special representative suggested that Washington could achieve a ceasefire in Ukraine not in years but "within months." Meanwhile, statements from the Trump administration indicate the necessity for concessions from both Moscow and Kyiv.

The U.S. is also discussing various options for further assistance to Ukraine and achieving peace. One idea is to continue military aid to Ukraine in exchange for its resources, including rare earth metals.

At the same time, contacts between Ukraine and the U.S. are ongoing. In particular, after participating in the Munich Security Conference, the Trump special representative will visit Ukraine. His visit is scheduled for February 20.

Munich Security Conference 2025

The 61st Munich Security Conference, also known as the Munich Security Conference (MSC), will take place from February 14 to 16, 2025. It is expected to host around 60 heads of state and government, 150 ministers from around the world, as well as leaders of major international organizations.

The main goal of the conference is to promote peace through dialogue, discuss current and future security challenges, develop transatlantic relations, and analyze European and global security. As reported by Le Monde, this year the conference is hoped to serve as a springboard "to peace in Ukraine."

The MSC is organized as a private initiative and is not an official government event, allowing participants to engage in open and informal discussions without the need for binding intergovernmental decisions or final communiqués.

It should be noted that the Ukrainian delegation in Munich will be led by President Volodymyr Zelensky. MSC head Christoph Heusgen expressed hopes that this would facilitate potential contacts with representatives of Kyiv's key allies but did not rule out that negotiations are likely to take place in the corridors.
