The Russian army has intensified its bombing attacks on the Sumy and Chernihiv regions. In this way, the aggressor is attempting to disperse the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing a broadcast from the "Unified News" telethon.
A representative of the Operational Command "North," Colonel Vadim Mysnik, stated that Russian troops have increased their strikes on the Sumy and Chernihiv regions, particularly using guided and unguided aerial bombs.
Thus, the enemy is trying to compel Ukrainian forces to defend the entire border area.
The situation remains tense on the front lines of the Russo-Ukrainian war.
In the past 24 hours, over 150 combat clashes occurred, with the highest concentration around Pokrovsk.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces repelled a massive assault by Russians in the Kursk region.
And the Russian command increasingly sends personnel into "meat" assaults.
Colonel Mysnik noted that the Russian army is constantly changing the technical specifications and routes of its strike drones used to attack Ukraine.
