Россия разместила носитель "Калибров" в Черном море: каков может быть его потенциальный залп?

On the morning of January 11, military forces recorded an enemy ship in the Black Sea. After a week of absence, Russia has once again deployed a vessel armed with "Kalibr" missiles.

This information comes from RBK-Ukraine, citing a report from the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As of 06:00, there is one Russian ship in the Black Sea capable of launching up to 4 cruise missiles of the "Kalibr" type.

At the same time, there are no enemy vessels in the Azov Sea. However, a total of 7 ships have been detected in the Mediterranean Sea, of which two are missile carriers with a total launch capacity of up to 22 missiles.

The Naval Forces of Ukraine also reported that over the course of the day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, the following vessels passed through the Kerch Strait:

  • 4 ships into the Black Sea, none of which continued onward towards the Bosporus Strait;
  • 2 ships into the Azov Sea, which were moving from the Bosporus Strait.

"The Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) of 1974 by disabling automatic identification systems," the statement reads.

It is worth noting that the last time Russia deployed a vessel with "Kalibr" missiles in the Black Sea was on December 27, 2024. This means that there has been no threat of strikes from the Black Sea for nearly two weeks.

Recently, the spokesperson for the Naval Forces of Ukraine, Dmytro Pletenchuk, stated that the Russians have definitively abandoned repairs of their military ships in Crimea. According to him, the enemy fears potential Ukrainian strikes.

As an example, he mentioned that Ukraine destroyed the small missile ship "Cyclone" in Sevastopol Bay, and also launched two strikes against the submarine "Rostov-on-Don," as well as two strikes against the missile ship "Askold" in Kerch.
