РФ угрожает студентам, находящимся под оккупацией, штрафами за неявку в военкоматы, сообщает ЦНС.

In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the enemy has begun to implement mobilization processes for compulsory military service. In particular, some students are being threatened with hefty fines for refusing to serve.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the Center for National Resistance (CNS).

According to the information resource, representatives of the so-called military enlistment offices are visiting educational institutions in the occupied territories. Specifically, Russians are threatening final-year students with fines of up to 200,000 Russian rubles for refusing to undergo compulsory military service in the operational army.

If the students lack the funds to pay the fine, the enemy promises to subject the refusers to mandatory forced labor for the needs of the Russian army for a period of two years.

"We emphasize that international law prohibits the conscription of residents from occupied territories to serve in the enemy army or the recruitment of individuals into its ranks," the CNS added.

It is worth noting that about a week ago, the Center for National Resistance reported that the occupying administrations have already begun compiling lists of residents from the captured territories of Ukraine, whom they plan to draft into the Russian army.

Additionally, it was informed that Ukrainians in occupation who were drafted last fall are predominantly serving in Crimea.
