The fact that this was a repeated violation of the law worsens the situation, as this is not the first instance in which the mother faced administrative penalties for inadequate parental responsibilities.

The court, having reviewed the case, found the mother guilty of evading parental duties, in accordance with the article that stipulates liability for such actions. Considering the severity of the violation and its repeated nature, the court imposed a fine of 1,700 hryvnias on the woman. In addition, she is required to pay 605 hryvnias in court fees. The accused did not appear at the hearing.
