A fire in a private home in the Zhytomyr region claimed the lives of four individuals.
A fire in a private house in the village of Zamožne, Zhytomyr region, claimed the lives of four people, including children.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine referencing the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The State Emergency Service stated that a fire broke out in a private residential building in the village of Zamožne. During the firefighting efforts, rescuers discovered the bodies of four victims, two of whom were children.
Also, during the incident, a man was injured and was hospitalized for medical assistance."At the scene, 16 rescuers and 4 units of emergency service equipment were working. All circumstances of the incident are being investigated," the service added.
Recall that last year, a fire occurred in a two-story residential building in Odesa. As a result of the incident, five people were injured.
Additionally, on the evening of January 22, a fire occurred in a residential house in the village of Krasnopavlivka, Lozova district, Kharkiv region. Three people died as a result of the incident.
It was also reported that a fire broke out in a high-rise building in the Saksahan district of Kryvyi Rih. As a result of the incident, a woman and three small children were injured.
