Occupiers have advanced near Borovaya and Seversk, according to ISW maps.

Reports indicate that Russian forces are advancing near Borova in the Kharkiv region and Siversk in the Donetsk region.

This information is relayed by RBK-Ukraine referencing a report from the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

UAF Operations in Russia

On February 13, fighting continued on the "Ukrainian bridgehead" in the Kursk region. Russian "military correspondents" claimed that battles were taking place west of Sudzha near the settlement of Sverdlikovo and southeast of Sudzha near Cherkaska Konopelka.

On February 13, a Russian blogger stated that the UAF launched a counterattack near Kurilivka (south of Sudzha).

Eastern Ukraine. Operation RF #1 - Kharkiv Region

On February 13, Russian occupiers continued offensive operations in the Kharkiv region near Liptsy but made no gains.

Operation RF #2 - Luhansk Region

On February 13, Russian invaders advanced in the Kupiansk direction, but similarly made no progress.

On February 12 and 13, Russian forces attacked in the area of Kondrashivka, Holubivka, Petropavlivka, Stepnova Novoselivka, Pyschany and Novoosynovo.

Recently, Russian occupiers advanced towards Borova. On February 13, the UAF General Staff presented a map indicating that the enemy had likely advanced in the fields west of Pryvomiysky (to the east of Borova).

Russian troops attacked near Kolesnykivka, Zahryzovo, Lozova, under Kopanky, in the areas of Hrekivka and Novomykhailivka on February 12 and 13.

On February 13, Russian occupiers continued their offensive actions in the Lyman direction but did not gain ground. On February 12 and 13, Russian forces were active in the vicinity of Yampolivka, Novolyubivka, and Kolodezi.

Operation RF #3 - Donetsk Region

Recently, Russian invaders advanced near Severodonetsk. On February 13, the UAF General Staff displayed a map showing that the occupiers had likely advanced southeast of Fedorivka (south of Severodonetsk).

Russian troops continued their offensive northeast of Severodonetsk in the area of Bilohorivka and east of Severodonetsk near Verkhnekamenske on February 12 and 13.

On February 12 and 13, Russian occupiers continued their advance in the vicinity of Chasiv Yar and north of Chasiv Yar near Vasyukivka, but did not make any progress.

Russian forces advanced in the vicinity of Toretsk, near Shcherbynivka, and in the area of Sukha Balka on February 12 and 13, but did not gain ground.

A Kremlin-affiliated Russian "military correspondent" reported that Putin's troops allegedly repelled a small Ukrainian mechanized attack near Toretsk.

On February 13, Russian occupiers continued their offensive actions in the Pokrovsk direction, but did not advance.

Russian forces were active near Zeleny Pole, Vodyane Vtoroye, Tarasivka, Yelyzavetivka, Malynivka, Luch, Lisovka, Zveriv, Pyschany, Udachny, Nadeivka, the village of Zaporizhzhia, Preobrazhenka, and Uspenivka on February 12 and 13.

Speaker of the OSHV "Khortytsia," Major Viktor Trehubov, reported that fighting continues to the south and southwest of Pokrovsk.

The Ukrainian brigade operating in the Pokrovsk direction published footage on February 13 showing how the brigade repelled a Russian mechanized assault of platoon size in an unspecified area of this direction.

On February 13, Russian forces continued their advance in the Kurakhove direction, but did not make any gains.

Russian invaders attacked near Andriivka and Shevchenko, in the areas of Dachne, Ulakly, Konstantinopil, Alekseivka, Razliv, the settlement of Bahatyr, and near Zelenivka on February 12 and 13.

On January 18, a Russian "military correspondent" stated that the Russian military command had redeployed units of the 110th OMSBr to the Pokrovsk direction in the area of Zeleny Pole.

On February 8, a Russian source claimed that Moscow had redeployed units of the 102nd and 103rd motorized rifles regiments, the 163rd tank regiment, and the 381st artillery regiment (all part of the 150th motorized rifle division) to the Toretsk direction, but ISW did not receive confirmation or further information regarding this redeployment.

On February 13, Russian invaders continued their advance in the direction of Velyka Novosilka, but did not make any progress.

Russian bloggers claimed that Putin's troops attacked near Novo Komar and Novocheretovatoye, and advanced towards Burlatske and near Vremivka on February 12 and 13.

"Southern Axis"

On February 13, Russian occupiers continued ground attacks northwest of Robotyne near Shcherbakiv and Kamensky and northeast of Robotyne near Mala Tokmachka, but did not advance.

A Russian "military correspondent" reported that Ukrainian forces counterattacked near Kamensky.

On February 13, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (HUR) reported that Russian invaders disrupted the planned rotation of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) experts at the occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant on February 12.

HUR stated that Russian units attacked Ukrainian positions in the area where IAEA experts were supposed to pass through.

On February 13, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that on February 12, the UAF allegedly conducted artillery and drone strikes against a column of IAEA experts.

IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi stated on February 12 that "intense military activity" forced the IAEA to cancel the planned rotation of experts at the occupied ZNPP.

Neither Ukrainian nor Russian sources reported any ground actions in the Dnipro direction on February 13.

Frontline Situation

It is worth noting that the UAF General Staff reported in the evening summary on February 13 that there had already been 107 combat confrontations on the front since the start of the day.

The military command also noted that the situation remains hottest in the Pokrovsk direction.
