Russia is continuing the modernization of its kamikaze drones "Shahed". Specifically, they are being equipped with a new type of warhead.
This information comes from RBK-Ukraine, citing the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on Telegram.
The intelligence agency noted that since the beginning of 2025, several changes have been observed in the "Shaheds":

Additionally, a sticker labeled in Chinese and English as "Agricultural equipment parts" was found on the 8-channel CRP navigation satellite antenna. It is likely that this sticker was used to mislead regarding the actual origin and purpose of the CRP antenna.
Furthermore, according to the GUR, Russia is increasingly using Chinese products to replace components from the USA and the European Union. Specifically, in the CRP antenna, one of the circuits produced in the USA has been replaced with one manufactured in China. At the same time, the drones have received new series designations - "Ъ" and "КЦ".
Russia is also attempting to establish production of an analog to the Shahed-238 rocket - "Geran-3". It is equipped with a compact turbojet engine, allowing it to reach speeds of 550-600 kilometers per hour with a flight range of up to 2,500 kilometers.
It is noteworthy that recently Russia has been launching "Shaheds" at Ukraine virtually every day.
In particular, today, February 18, the enemy launched 176 strike drones. Ukrainian defenders managed to shoot down 103 enemy drones, while another 67 drones were lost to radar.
