The number of battles on the front doubled in one day, according to updated maps from the General Staff.

Over the past day, 261 combat clashes have been recorded at the front, which is more than double the number from the previous day.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During the last 24 hours, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck six areas where the enemy's personnel, weapons, and military equipment were concentrated.

Situation in the Directions

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attempted to storm the positions of Ukrainian troops five times in the areas of Volchansk, Tikhoye, and towards Kazachya Lopani.

The Defense Forces repelled the enemy's assaults near Dvurechnaya, Petropavlovka, Stepnaya Novoselovka, Kolesnikovka, Lozovaya, and in the direction of Novoosinovo in the Kupyansk direction, where there were 39 attacks by the occupiers over the day.

In the past 24 hours, the enemy launched 27 attacks in the Lyman direction. They attempted to breach our defenses near the settlements of Zeleny Gai, Novoegorovka, Grekovka, Kolodyazhi, Yampolovka, Terny, Torskoye, and Dibrova.

Ukrainian defenders repelled ten enemy assaults in the Seversk direction, where the occupiers tried to advance in the areas of Verkhnokamenskoye and Ivanodarievka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked 29 times in the areas of Predtechino, Stupochki, Bely Gora, and near Chasovoy Yar.

The enemy conducted 19 attacks in the Toretsk direction in the areas of the settlements of Toretsk, Diliyevka, and Krymskoye.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders halted 71 attacks by the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Zelenoye Pole, Tarasovka, Vodyanoye Vtoro, Mirolubovka, Yelizavetovka, Luch, Lisovka, Dachenskoye, Shevchenko, Pisyanoe, Kotlino, Nadyevka, Andreyevka, and Udachnoye.

The Defense Forces repelled 25 enemy attacks in the Novopavlivsk direction. The occupiers attempted to advance near the settlements of Zelenovka, Razliv, Novy Komar, Novoselka, and Bolshaya Novoselka.

In the Orekhov direction, the invaders attacked our defenders' positions twice in the direction of Novoandreyevka.

The Russians made eight unsuccessful attempts to advance in the Dniprovsk direction.

Over the past day, there were 15 combat clashes in the Kursk direction, the enemy conducted 33 airstrikes, dropping 49 guided bombs, and carried out 332 artillery shellings, including 11 from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Gulyaypol direction, the invaders did not conduct active offensive actions.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.

Situation at the Front

Russia continues its offensive actions across several front directions. Over the past day, 112 combat clashes were recorded, with the highest number occurring in the Pokrovsk direction.

Ukrainian warriors eliminated another 1,730 occupiers over the past day. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has already lost more than 858,000 soldiers.

As President Volodymyr Zelensky reported, the situation in the Pokrovsk direction has improved in recent days.
