The Ministry of Justice has reported that approximately 1,400 marriages were registered in Ukraine over the past week, with Dnipropetrovsk region taking the lead, as stated by "Vedomo".
According to experts' calculations, a new Ukrainian family was formed every six minutes throughout the daylight hours. In Dnipro and its region, 153 new families were established, while the capital saw 145.
This comes despite a recent large-scale cyberattack by Russians on government registries. The ministry stated that efforts to fully restore the registries are ongoing around the clock.
