As of the end of 2024, Dnipropetrovsk region has secured the top position in Ukraine for the total amount of alimony collected, reports "Vidomo," citing the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

The region successfully recovered alimony arrears totaling 1.6 billion UAH for the benefit of 45,052 children. Overall, more than 4 billion UAH in alimony was collected throughout 2024.

Additionally, the region has recovered over 37 million UAH in wage arrears, while the total figure across Ukraine stands at 79.6 million UAH.
