The Munich Security Conference (MSC) is an annual international forum dedicated to discussing pressing security issues.
Founded in 1963, it has become an important platform for exchanging views among representatives from various countries around the world. Each year, politicians, military leaders, and various governmental and non-governmental international organizations gather at the MSC to discuss foreign policy, security, and defense-related matters.
The MSC format does not include final communiqués or legally binding resolutions. However, the head of the Munich Security Conference, Christoph Heusgen, expressed hope that this year will outline steps towards peace in Ukraine.
