Situation on the Front
According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the Russians have breached into the northern Sumy region and are actively storming in four directions in the east.
American media do not rule out that Ukraine may gain an advantage over the occupiers in the use of tanks.
Meanwhile, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have begun employing a new tactic to diminish the combat effectiveness of the Russians along the front line.
