Ministry of Defense: Extensions for "Reserve+" will be automatic, but not applicable to everyone.

In the "Reserve+" application, deferments from mobilization will be extended automatically. However, this does not apply to fathers of multiple children.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine citing the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Kateryna Chernogorenko, on Facebook.

"Deferments in 'Reserve+' will gradually be extended automatically. Previously, to extend an online deferment, it was necessary to submit a new request in the application. Now, it is sufficient to update the military document," the official stated.

According to her, initially, this feature will apply to those deferments that were issued in "Reserve+". It will be launched for individuals with disabilities who have a certificate from the Pension Fund, as well as for students, graduate students, and doctoral candidates.

"Parents of multiple children, who have three kids in a joint marriage, can submit a request for a new deferment after their current one expires. Later, we will implement automatic deferments for them as well," Chernogorenko noted.

Deferment from Mobilization in "Reserve+"

Let us remind you that since the beginning of November last year, the option to obtain a deferment from mobilization was added to “Reserve+”.

At the start, the service was available for individuals with disabilities and students.
